January 24, 2021 - Form Training with Joe and Charlie

We have a couple of young pilots at Essex Skypark who have access to RVs and are interested in learning how to fly formation.  So today I took them up for their first formation practice flight.  Here we are just before takeoff, after a thorough brief.  Joe M. is flying the camouflaged RV-4 and Charlie G. is flying the blue and grey RV-8.
